Eric Rasmussen is a western Wisconsin English teacher and writer who serves as fiction editor for Sundog Lit and editor-in-chief of the upper-Midwest journal Barstow & Grand. His contest honors include winning Jabberwock Review’s 2024 Nancy D. Hargrove Editors’ Prize in Fiction, Blue Mesa Review’s 2022 Fiction Contest, and placing second in North American Review’s 2022 Kurt Vonnegut Prize. He has also published stories in Third Coast, Fugue, The Penn Review, Pithead Chapel, and others.
